EWS Package - 1 – AMC under Mukhyamantri Aawas Yojna

The Company was awarded work from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for the Integrated Slum In-situ Development for P.P.P. Project (Package-1) of approximate 518 residential units at Shahibaug, Ahmedabad for redevelopment of Girdharnagar Slum Redevelopment. With this PPP order, Nila Infrastructures Ltd. entered a select league of the leading real estate developers. The total area under the project ~15,681 sq. m. The 518 slum-dwelling families were rehabilitated and the redevelopment was completed in stipulated timeline.
