Amraiwadi Slum Quarters in Amraiwadi

AMC awarded work for rehabilitation of ‘Rabari na Chapra’ Slum comprising of work on the construction of 672 affordable residential units and 16 commercial shops on PPP basis. The project is located at Rakhiyal – Ahmedabad. The Company shall get Transferable Development Rights and Land Premium as a consideration to recoup the development cost. The project is under execution.
