Asmaakam

Among the most feature-packed, Asmaakam redefined middle-class housing in Ahmedabad. In Sanskrit, it means ‘Our own;’ for many, it meant the pride of owning an affordable apartment in a prime locality. Residential Scheme Asmaakam was executed in 2 Phases at Makarba Area of Ahmedabad. Phase I of the project consisting of 180, 2BHK flats was an absolute winner with record bookings within the first few months of launch. This was at a time when the Indian economy was going through one of the worst recessions during 2008-09. The tremendous success of Asmaakam Phase I resulted in a Phase II with larger-sized units featuring 120, 2BHK and 10, 3BHK flats.
