AMC awarded work for rehabilitation of ‘Gajrajgiri Ni Chali and Fulghar Ni Chali’ Slum comprising of work on the construction of 125 affordable residential units on PPP basis. The Company shall get Transferable Development Rights and Land Premium as a consideration to recoup.
