Gulbai Tekra Slum

AMC awarded work for rehabilitation of Gulbai Tekra Slum comprising of work on the construction of 854 affordable residential units and 10 commercial shops on PPP basis. The Company shall get Transferable Development Rights and Land Premium as a consideration to recoup the development cost. The project is under execution and as per the schedule.
