Harivan na Chapra Slum in Sabarmati, Ahmedabad

AMC awarded work for rehabilitation of ‘Harivan na Chapra’ Slum comprising of work on the construction of 687 affordable residential units and 36 commercial shops on PPP basis. The project is located at Sabarmati – Ahmedabad. The Company shall get Transferable Development Rights and Land Premium as a consideration to recoup the development cost. The project is under execution.
