The Company in joint venture with prominent automobile player Kataria Group, is developing industrial facilities near Suzuki Project at Mandal Bechraji Region, Mehsana. The Company has developed 4 logistic warehouses and given on long-term lease to prominent auto industry player like TVS, Nippon etc. The projects are important for its proximity to the plants of MNC auto majors like Suzuki Motors and Honda Motorcycles, which are spurring the setting up of production facilities by auto-components/OEM/ancillary manufacturers supplying to their principals.
