Integrated Group Housing Facility at Indira Gandhi Colony

The Company has been awarded work on the construction of total 968 affordable housing units comprising 484 Economic Weaker Section (EWS I) 242 Lower Income Group (LIG) units, 242 Economic Weaker Section (EWS II) Units on PPP basis from GHB. The project shall be completed within 40 Months including 4 months of approval process whereby the Company shall be entitled to get transferable development rights and realization of additionally constructed residential units and commercial shops. as consideration to recoup the development cost.
