Integrated Group Housing Facility at Khokhra

The Company has been awarded work on the construction of total 1992 affordable housing units comprising 900 EWS Rishikesh Khokhra + 588 EWS Dhiraj Khokhra + 312 EWS Dhiraj Khokhra + 192 EWS Dhiraj Khokhra – Ahmedabad on PPP basis from GHB. The project shall be completed within 40 Months including 4 months of approval process whereby the Company shall be entitled to get transferable development rights and realization of additionally constructed residential units and commercial shops as consideration to recoup the development cost. This project is being developed in Joint Venture Partner with M/s Nishant Construction Pvt. Ltd. (NCPL) whereby the Company has 63% share while remaining with NCPL.
