The Company has been awarded work on the construction of 456 Low-income Group (LIG) housing units on PPP basis from GHB. The project shall be completed within 28 Months including 4 months of approval process whereby the Company shall be entitled to get transferable development rights and realization of additionally constructed residential units and commercial shops. as consideration to recoup the development cost.
