MIG Residential Facility

The Company has been awarded work on the construction of 48 Middle Income Group (MIG) housing on PPP basis from GHB. The project shall be completed within 28 Months including 4 months of approval process whereby the Company shall be entitled to receive transferable development rights and the amount of realization of additionally constructed residential units & commercial shops as consideration to recoup the development cost.
